Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with Hilton’s grooming and uniform standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings
- Adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and move throughout the hotel
- Positive attitude and guest-focused approach
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest supplies and amenities
- Interact with guests to provide a friendly and comfortable experience
- Stock, organize and transport housekeeping supplies across the hotel
- Maintain ownership of room cleaning and maintenance standards
- Wear Team Member apparel designed for comfort and function
- Support the Hilton mission of hospitality and guest satisfaction
