Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleanliness roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Adherence to Hilton's policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items and to be on feet for extended periods
  • Demonstrated friendly and professional guest interaction skills
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
  • Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies and amenities
  • Stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
  • Wearing team member apparel designed for comfort and functionality
  • Maintaining ownership and responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of assigned rooms
  • Supporting the Hilton mission to provide exceptional hospitality experiences
