Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleanliness roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Adherence to Hilton's policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and to be on feet for extended periods
- Demonstrated friendly and professional guest interaction skills
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
- Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies and amenities
- Stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
- Wearing team member apparel designed for comfort and functionality
- Maintaining ownership and responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of assigned rooms
- Supporting the Hilton mission to provide exceptional hospitality experiences
