Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset

  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle repetitive cleaning tasks
  • Demonstrated dependability and adaptability in previous roles

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities
  • Interact politely and helpfully with guests to enhance their stay experience
  • Organize, stock, and transport housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
  • Wear provided team member apparel designed for comfort and functionality
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Hilton’s cleanliness standards
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned rooms and maintain high-quality productivity
