Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
  • availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • good physical stamina and mobility
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • adaptable to flexible scheduling and work shifts

Job Duties

  • Friendly interactions with guests to enhance their stay
  • cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies
  • stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts
  • wearing designated team member apparel for comfort and functionality
  • maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms
  • contributing to Hilton's mission by delivering outstanding hospitality service
