Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Must be physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting and moving supplies
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards in hospitality environments
Job Duties
- Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
- Cleaning guest rooms to keep them in excellent shape including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
- Wearing comfortable team member apparel designed for the role
- Stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
- Being an integral part of the Hilton mission by contributing to exceptional hospitality experiences
- Maintaining cleanliness standards to provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests
