Job Requirements

Minimum of high school education preferred
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods
Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to wear required uniform and personal protective equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adherence to Hilton’s safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving supplies

Job Duties

Friendly interactions with guests to enhance their stay
Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
Wearing provided Team Member apparel designed for the role
Stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
Upholding Hilton's mission by providing excellent hospitality
Ensuring guest room safety and cleanliness standards are met
