Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school education preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to wear required uniform and personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adherence to Hilton’s safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving supplies

Job Duties

  • Friendly interactions with guests to enhance their stay
  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
  • Wearing provided Team Member apparel designed for the role
  • Stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
  • Upholding Hilton's mission by providing excellent hospitality
  • Ensuring guest room safety and cleanliness standards are met
