Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to wear required uniform and personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adherence to Hilton’s safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving supplies

Job Duties
- Friendly interactions with guests to enhance their stay
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
- Wearing provided Team Member apparel designed for the role
- Stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
- Upholding Hilton's mission by providing excellent hospitality
- Ensuring guest room safety and cleanliness standards are met
