Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the shift
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Friendly interactions with guests to enhance their stay
  • Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies
  • Wearing comfortable, function-specific Team Member apparel
  • Stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts across the hotel
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Being an active participant in delivering Hilton's mission of hospitality
