Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move supplies
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to follow health and safety standards
- ability to wear company-provided uniform
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
- physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and moving supplies
- willing to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
- cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies and amenities
- wearing comfortable Team Member apparel designed for function
- stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
- maintaining ownership of the room product
- being an integral part of the Hilton mission by providing exceptional hospitality
