Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move supplies
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to follow health and safety standards
  • ability to wear company-provided uniform

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent attention to detail
  • good communication and customer service skills
  • physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and moving supplies
  • willing to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
  • cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies and amenities
  • wearing comfortable Team Member apparel designed for function
  • stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart throughout the hotel
  • maintaining ownership of the room product
  • being an integral part of the Hilton mission by providing exceptional hospitality
