Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
  • Strong commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Compliance with Hilton’s uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay comfortable and memorable
  • Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies
  • Wearing team member apparel designed for comfort and functionality
  • Stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
  • Maintaining ownership and responsibility for assigned rooms
  • Contributing to the overall mission of providing welcoming and warm hospitality
