Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- Strong commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Compliance with Hilton’s uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Friendly interactions with guests to make their stay comfortable and memorable
- Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies
- Wearing team member apparel designed for comfort and functionality
- Stocking, organizing, and transporting housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
- Maintaining ownership and responsibility for assigned rooms
- Contributing to the overall mission of providing welcoming and warm hospitality
