Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and housekeeping standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Duties

  • Review daily room assignments making note of VIPs departure times turns and special requests
  • Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
  • Restock amenities
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Report any housekeeping issues such as dirty carpets stains mold etc
  • Ensure lights radio and TV are in working order
  • Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office
  • Place any food and beverage dishes glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers
  • Complete any special cleaning tasks
  • Update room status via Hotsos device
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training
  • Adhere to grooming standards at all times
  • Have a positive attitude and work together with co workers
  • Follow proper recycling procedures
