Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with positive attitude
Job Duties
- Review daily room assignments making note of VIPs departure times turns and special requests
- Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
- Restock amenities
- Report any maintenance issues
- Report any housekeeping issues such as dirty carpets stains mold etc
- Ensure lights radio and TV are in working order
- Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office
- Place any food and beverage dishes and glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers
- Complete any special cleaning tasks
- Update room status via Hotsos device
- Attend scheduled meetings and training
- Adhere to grooming standards at all times
- Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
- Follow proper recycling procedures
