Job Requirements

  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • flexibility to work any shift any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate with guests preferred
  • ability to bend stoop twist push and pull
  • maintain high levels of stamina for walking and standing
  • must be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • must be willing to comply with safety and cleanliness protocols
  • excellent time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to read understand interpret and carry out directions and instructions
  • work independently and make sound responsible decisions
  • must be able to walk and stand at least 95% of the shift
  • maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • must be an excellent team player with a positive and helpful attitude

  • must be able to use hands to grasp hold and use for manual activities

Job Duties

  • Clean guests rooms daily ensuring all areas are completed in the designated timeframe
  • ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience such as arranging personal items closing curtains and placing bedside mats
  • work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met
  • complete daily checklists and required room allotments
  • maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • adapt to changing daily work tasks to meet business needs
