Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Good physical stamina and mobility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to established standards
  • Report maintenance issues and lost and found items promptly
  • Communicate courteously with guests and respond to their requests
  • Ensure supplies and amenities are replenished regularly
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with housekeeping team members to optimize workflow
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas as assigned
