Job Duties
- clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards including changing linens making beds vacuuming dusting and cleaning bathrooms
- ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in guest rooms
- report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
- respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries
- address any guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities in a professional manner
