Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting pulling and pushing moderate weight
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and professional conduct
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift pull and push a moderate weight
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards including changing linens making beds vacuuming dusting and cleaning bathrooms
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in guest rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries
- Address any guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms to meet hotel standards
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations throughout duties
