Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting pulling and pushing moderate weight
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and professional conduct

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift pull and push a moderate weight
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards including changing linens making beds vacuuming dusting and cleaning bathrooms
  • Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in guest rooms
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or inquiries
  • Address any guest concerns regarding room cleanliness or amenities in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms to meet hotel standards
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations throughout duties
