Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting moderate weights
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
  • change linens and replenish guest supplies
  • vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces
  • report maintenance issues to the appropriate department
  • ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • follow hotel policies and procedures
