Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Ability to physically perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Clear communication skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs and preferences
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Assist in laundry and other housekeeping chores as needed
  • Support team efforts to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service
