Job Duties
- Clean and tidy rooms according to company standards
- ensure all amenities are properly restocked
- report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- follow safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff
- interact professionally with guests to address their needs and concerns
- maintain confidentiality and security protocols
- assist with inventory management and supply orders
