Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs of weight
  • Ability to push and pull a cart up to 50lbs of weight
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Must take pride in a job well done
  • Unafraid of guest room related tasks and responsibilities
  • A fun and energized person committed to customer service

Job Duties

  • Responsible for servicing and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms including guest departures and stay overs
  • Demonstrate strong guest service orientation to ensure high guest expectations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment requiring moderate walking and continuous standing
  • Ensure rooms are clean and comfortable for guests
  • Uphold Hyatt values including empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly
