Job Requirements
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months work-related experience preferably in hospitality or janitorial services
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- good written and oral communication skills
- ability to listen attentively
- physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- flexible to work varied schedules
- must adhere to grooming standards

Job Duties
- Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- complete required brand-specific and health and safety training
- adhere to all property-specific brand standards
- prepare guest rooms for cleaning including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- clean the bathroom and empty trash containers
- realign furniture and secure rooms
- maintain and restock supply carts
- submit room assignment sheets
- follow lost and found policies
- assist in resolving guest complaints
- perform additional tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
