- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months work-related experience
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality experience preferred
- experience as housekeeper or janitorial services preferred
- ability to follow directions in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions
- resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
- complete brand specific and health and safety training as directed
- adhere to property brand standards
- know fire alarm and evacuation procedures
- prepare guest rooms for cleaning according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and securing rooms
- clean supply cart and restock at end of shift
- submit room assignment sheet updates
- follow lost and found policy and submit items to Executive Housekeeper
- perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
