Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum six months hospitality or janitorial experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
  • good written and oral communication skills
  • ability to listen attentively

  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • able to promote positive guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
  • anticipate guests needs and answer questions
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • complete all required brand and safety training
  • adhere to brand standards
  • prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, windows, and mirrors
  • replenish amenities and change linens
  • realign furniture to floor plans
  • secure rooms after cleaning
  • maintain supply cart cleanliness and restocking
  • submit room assignment sheets
  • follow lost and found policies and report items
  • perform additional tasks as required to exceed guest satisfaction
