Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months hospitality or janitorial experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred
- good written and oral communication skills

- able to promote positive guest experiences

Job Duties
- Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- complete all required brand and safety training
- adhere to brand standards
- prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, windows, and mirrors
- replenish amenities and change linens
- realign furniture to floor plans
- secure rooms after cleaning
- maintain supply cart cleanliness and restocking
- submit room assignment sheets
- follow lost and found policies and report items
- perform additional tasks as required to exceed guest satisfaction
