Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months of related work experience
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work varied schedules

- adherence to grooming and appearance standards
- capability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months work-related experience in hospitality or janitorial services preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- previous experience as housekeeper or room attendant preferred
- knowledge of property location, amenities, and local attractions
- good written and oral communication skills
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied schedules
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to express compassion and remain composed under pressure
- positive attitude and respect for diversity
Job Duties
- Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests' needs and answer questions regarding their visit
- complete brand-specific and health and safety training
- clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing amenities
- manage lost and found items by promptly submitting to Executive Housekeeper
- maintain cleanliness and organization of supply cart and restock at end of shift
- adhere to fire alarm and evacuation procedures
- perform additional tasks to enhance guest satisfaction
