Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum six months of related work experience
excellent customer service skills
ability to lift up to 40 lbs
ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
flexibility to work varied schedules
good communication skills
ability to follow directions
dependability
adherence to grooming and appearance standards
capability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

High-school graduate or equivalent
minimum six months work-related experience in hospitality or janitorial services preferred
excellent customer service skills
previous experience as housekeeper or room attendant preferred
knowledge of property location, amenities, and local attractions
good written and oral communication skills
ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
flexibility to work varied schedules
physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
ability to express compassion and remain composed under pressure
positive attitude and respect for diversity

Job Duties

Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
anticipate guests' needs and answer questions regarding their visit
complete brand-specific and health and safety training
clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards including making beds, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing amenities
manage lost and found items by promptly submitting to Executive Housekeeper
maintain cleanliness and organization of supply cart and restock at end of shift
adhere to fire alarm and evacuation procedures
perform additional tasks to enhance guest satisfaction
