Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
- Ensure all Forbes and AAA luxury standards are met
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Replenish room supplies and amenities as needed
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold professional presentation at all times
