Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to adhere to Hyatt’s quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms assigned
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and other room areas
  • Replace linens and towels as needed
  • Restock room supplies and amenities
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
  • Communicate courteously with guests and respond to requests
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure quality service
