Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and pushing moderate weights
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
- Ensure guest rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping management
- Communicate courteously and effectively with guests to address their needs
- Follow the hotel's safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with laundry and cleaning of public areas as needed
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient service delivery
