Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of client homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Arrive punctually at scheduled home appointments with necessary cleaning supplies
- Follow company protocols and client instructions to deliver consistent and high-quality cleaning services
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures to protect oneself and clients
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in all interactions with clients and team members
