Job Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- prior custodial experience preferred
- ability to perform general custodial duties
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform porter’s duties including backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower
- ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents)

Job Duties
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times
- perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas
- assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
- requisition housekeeping supplies as needed
- perform other general janitorial duties as assigned
