Job Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Prior custodial experience preferred
Ability to perform general custodial duties
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to operate machinery and equipment necessary to perform the porter's duties including backpack vacuum, pressure washer, hand blower
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents)
Drug-free workplace

Job Duties

Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times
Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas
Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready
Requisition housekeeping supplies as needed
Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned
