Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 continuous hours
- must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds for extended periods
- frequent physical activity such as pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting
- previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property
- clean and disinfect bathrooms including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- clean and disinfect kitchen areas
- wipe and disinfect surfaces in rooms including furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, doors, baseboards, and decor
- vacuum carpets, clean floors, rugs, furniture, and curtains
- empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage
- report any broken or malfunctioning equipment, furniture, or fixtures to maintenance or management
- perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management
