Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- capacity to solve practical problems in variable situations
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents and co-workers
- willing to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements unless exempt
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
- assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
- ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- help respond to resident emergencies as needed
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
