Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have at least six months of work experience in housekeeping, janitorial or maintenance related field
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Comanche Nation motor vehicle policy
- Must be willing to submit to and pass drug testing
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum six months experience in housekeeping, janitorial or maintenance related field
- Valid driver's license and insurable under motor vehicle policy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and sanitation functions within the facility
- Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and clean spills
- Dust mop and clean tables
- Empty trash receptacles
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Mow and maintain lawns
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply carts
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety inside and outside buildings
- Perform electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling service
- Dust and polish various surfaces
- Deep clean carpets, drapes and upholstery
- Protect equipment and ensure no inadequacies
- Check stocking levels of consumables and replace as needed
- Communicate damages, deficits and disturbances to supervisor
- Handle complaints and requests professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
