Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and transport equipment or materials
  • Successful completion of background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and departmental procedures
  • Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with nursing staff to minimize disruptions to residents
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment throughout the facility
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor
  • Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility
