Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment
- Physical ability to lift, move, and transport equipment or materials
- Successful completion of background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms
- Follow established cleaning schedules and departmental procedures
- Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
- Coordinate cleaning activities with nursing staff to minimize disruptions to residents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment throughout the facility
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor
- Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility
