Job Requirements

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms
- follow established cleaning schedules and departmental procedures
- handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
- coordinate cleaning activities with nursing staff to minimize disruptions to residents
- maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment throughout the facility
- report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor
- assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility
- support upkeep of building systems, equipment, and grounds
- follow maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- coordinate with nursing services when performing maintenance in resident areas
- report all incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly
- maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in good condition
