Job Requirements
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the shift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to set standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by offering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
