Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Open minded and interest in senior community
- Health screening and TB test provided by the facility
- Fingerprint and FBI clearance provided by the facility
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including resident rooms and common areas
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing
- Interact respectfully and compassionately with senior residents
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and in-service programs
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and timely
