- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- able to read, write, speak and understand English
- positive attitude toward elderly residents
- willingness to learn and follow both oral and written instructions
- ability to maintain confidentiality and treat residents with kindness and respect

- previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping or laundry is a plus
Job Duties
- perform day-to-day housekeeping and laundry activities as directed by supervisor
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all resident and common areas
- follow safety procedures and infection control protocols
- assist with handling and processing laundry
- report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel
- ensure confidential treatment of resident information
- support a positive and respectful environment for residents
