Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
Ability to follow instructions carefully
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
No criminal record
Authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Good physical stamina for manual tasks
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to maintain safety standards

Job Duties

Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, etc., in resident and recreational areas
Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish bathroom fixtures
Remove water marks from fixtures
Clean windows and mirrors in resident rooms, recreational areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways
Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting
Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, disinfecting
Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing
Remove dirt, dust, grease, film from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions
Clean hallways, stairways, and elevators
Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner
Clean vacant rooms as assigned
Ensure areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies are properly stored
Assure facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner
