Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- possess a positive attitude and be a team player
- willingness to learn and follow company cleaning protocols
- able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- valid driver’s license is required
- ability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not required
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Follow the Detail-Clean Rotation System for thorough cleaning
- work in different homes daily with a cleaning partner
- provide professional house cleaning services meeting company standards
- use company-provided equipment, chemicals, and vehicle
- maintain a safe and hygienic environment using EPA approved disinfectants
- attend training sessions and apply learned cleaning techniques
- participate in company contests and contribute to positive customer experiences
