Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Smartphone for clocking in/out and routing
- Must pass a background check
- Consistent Monday–Friday availability from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Dependability and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical activities such as bending, kneeling, and lifting
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential and small commercial cleaning tasks
- Attend scheduled appointments Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Follow training protocols and procedures for effective cleaning
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Record working hours and locations using a smartphone app
