Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- reliable vehicle with current insurance
- ability to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM
- availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week
- willingness to travel up to 30 minutes one-way
- ability to pass a background check
- English fluency
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- dependable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- reliable vehicle with insurance
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- strong attention to detail
- physical stamina for manual cleaning tasks
- positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- tech-savvy enough to use mobile communication tools
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- travel to various residential locations within a 20-mile radius
- communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- adhere to company cleaning protocols and safety standards
- manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly
- report any issues or client feedback to management
