Job Requirements
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to safely operate community vehicles if assigned to driver duties

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
- Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and community events according to the daily transportation schedule
- Provide assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle(s)
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while operating community vehicles
- Assist the Activities and Wellness departments with planning and coordinating transportation needs for scheduled events
- Exhibit a professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude when interacting with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate transportation logs and records as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
- Adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs
- Respect residents' rights
- Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision
- Demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
- Address work-related problems with the proper individuals
- Communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
