- Valid drivers license
- previous experience in facilities management or maintenance preferred
- experience in customer service
- ability to work in various outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks
- friendly and supportive attitude
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Driving residents to appointments
- helping ready rooms for new residents
- helping maintain the landscaping
- working the carpet cleaner
- helping with other maintenance projects as assigned
