Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all common areas including hallways, vacant apartments, and office spaces
- Keep exterior grounds neat and welcoming
- Assist with inventory control and upkeep of cleaning equipment
- Partner with the maintenance team to complete apartment turns including painting, cleaning, and replacing light bulbs
- Follow safety protocols while performing cleaning duties
- Communicate clearly with residents and team members
- Report maintenance issues promptly
