Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- clean, vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond appropriately to guest inquiries and resolve guest issues to ensure total guest satisfaction
