- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- clean vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
- make beds
- replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort count fold mark or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction and handle guest issues to resolution
