Job Duties

clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
sort, count, fold, mark or carry linens
maintain positive customer and associate relationships
respond to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest experience
