Job Duties
- clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds
- replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns
- handle guest issues to resolution to improve guest experience
