Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
strong communication skills
ability to follow detailed instructions
physical capability to lift 50 pounds
flexible availability to work various shifts

Job Duties

clean resort units including sleeping quarters kitchens bathrooms and living rooms
maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
clean vacuum dust and sanitize bathrooms kitchens and lobbies
make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
sort count fold mark or carry linens
maintain positive customer and associate relationships
respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
