Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain resort quality and housekeeping detail standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Handle guest issues to resolution to enhance guest experience
